








My team, One Five Six Consulting, completed a consulting case project that challenged us to create a coffee company, including branding, product development, promotions, and packaging design. The project focused on expanding a Dutch coffee shop beyond its four walls into retail-ready ready-to-drink (RTD) products.
The case required us to develop two RTD products: an energy-focused coffee targeted to a specific market, and an innovative coffee product of our choice aimed at a different audience. Before creating the report, we defined the brand, identified target audiences, and determined the products we would produce. Our team worked across every aspect of business strategy, including finance, operations, marketing, and leadership.
As Marketing Director, I designed the report layout, logo, products, and all advertisements. I also conducted audience research to identify profitable target segments and created campaigns that made the products accessible and appealing to customers. All visual elements throughout the 65-page report were my work. Out of more than 300 competing teams, One Five Six Consulting finished in the top 17.
